Over a four-year collaboration, I led Prague Studios — the largest Film and TV Series hub in Central Europe — through several bold new chapters of evolution. This included launching The Hive superstudio, creating behind-the-scenes campaigns for Apple TV+’s Foundation, and leading an ecosystem-wide relaunch that redefined Prague Studios as a full-service production partner.

Beyond the core brand work, I supported major industry events and media campaigns in partnership with KFTV and World of Studios. I also helped shape the company’s annual presence at leading international festivals, including Berlinale and the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival (KVIFF).
